Thoughtful Therapy for Your Most Meaningful Seasons

Our Mission

At North Salem Psychotherapy, we believe that therapy should be as supportive as it is transformative. Founded by Suzanne Esposito, LCSW, our practice was born out of a desire to provide women and teen girls in Westchester County with a space that feels both clinically expert and deeply personal. We are here to help you navigate anxiety, motherhood, and the complexities of adolescence with steadiness and grace.

At North Salem Psychotherapy, we believe that the best clinical outcomes happen when expertise is shared. While you will work individually with your dedicated therapist, our practice operates on a collaborative model.

As the Clinical Director, I provide intensive supervision and consultation to our staff therapists. This means your care is informed by multiple perspectives and a high standard of clinical oversight. We meet regularly to discuss best practices, share evidence-based insights, and ensure that every woman and teen girl walking through our doors receives the most thoughtful, effective support possible.

A Collaborative Approach to Your Care

Our Clinical Philosophy

We utilize evidence-based modalities—including CBT, DBT, and mindfulness-based practices—tailored to your unique story. We don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, we work collaboratively, ensuring that every session feels like a step toward the version of yourself you want to be. As a group practice, we lean on our collective expertise, with all staff therapists receiving direct clinical oversight to ensure the highest standard of care.
