Grounded support for teens, young adults, and professionals.
Therapy for Teens
When life feels confusing, overwhelming, or impossible to talk about, therapy offers a safe place to start.
Together, we’ll unpack what’s been weighing on you, learn new ways to manage intense emotions, and build confidence in your ability to handle what comes next.
Therapy can help with:
Anxiety, panic, or perfectionism
School avoidance or academic stress
Depression, self-harm, and suicidal thoughts
Family tension or feeling misunderstood
You’ll learn skills to stay calm in tough moments and begin to see yourself with more compassion and hope.
When helpful, parents are included for coaching and support.
Therapy for Young Adults
Transitions bring pressure to figure out what’s next, make the right choices, and keep it all together.
Therapy can help you slow down, understand yourself more clearly, and navigate this stage with confidence. You’ll feel steadier and more self-assured.
Therapy can help with:
Anxiety, overthinking, or burnout
Perfectionism and self-doubt
Relationship challenges or boundary setting
Feeling stuck or uncertain about the future
You’ll leave sessions with both practical tools and a deeper understanding of why things feel hard.
Therapy for Professionals
You do a lot for others. Between work, family, and expectations, there’s little room left for rest or reflection.
Therapy is your space to pause and reset. You’ll learn to manage stress without losing yourself, strengthen boundaries, and reconnect with what actually matters.
Therapy can help with:
Chronic anxiety and overwhelm
Burnout or compassion fatigue
High standards and fear of slowing down
Relationship stress at work or home
We’ll work toward calm that lasts. You’ll feel grounded, sustainable, and true to who you are.
What You Can Expect
Therapy is a collaboration not a performance. You don’t have to come prepared with answers or a perfect story. You just have to show up as you are
Here’s how it works:
Reach out. A short call or message helps us decide if we’re a good fit.
First session. We talk about what’s been hard and what you hope will feel different.
Weekly sessions. You’ll learn tools to manage stress, understand your patterns, and build steadier ways forward.
Over time, therapy helps you feel calmer, clearer, and more connected—to yourself and to the life you’re creating.
